Vehicle Detail
2008 MINI Cooper S, 6 speed manual transmissionPanoramic sunroof, heated seats, steering wheel controls ( cruise, bluetooth & radio), MINI roof rack, MINI rubber front floor mats. R56 known-issues replaced: Timing Chain Factory Repair Kit, Turbo Oil Feed Line (Detroit Tuned), Radio Display, Intake valves manually cleaned @ 57K (turbo line CRC'd before each oil change),Water pump, drive belt tensioner, Front sunroof hatch screen / roller. The following have also been replaced: Rear hatch latch release,Under seat fuel filter,Front brake pads and rotors,Clutch (pressure plate, throwout bearing, friction disc and main seal),Cooper run flat tires (one new 10/2015 and another 07/2014),Engine mount,NAPA battery (10/2015),Sway bar bushings,Driver and passenger headlights,Drivers seat foam (replaced about six months ago). A BSH Catch Can is installed, and the noise maker is removed. I'll provide the parts to return to OEM. All oil & air filter changes per MINI Guidelines. BOTH keys included (spare cost $280 in 2014).On Jul-10-17 at 14:45:16 PDT, seller added the following information: In response to a 7/10 question: I replaced all of the items listed, it was not performed at the MINI dealer. I have the purchase order from Pelican Parts on the Water Pump, Drive Belt Tensioner and Water Pump Pulley and the invoice from MINI Mania on the Timing Chain Repair Kit. I installed the timing chain kit at 57K miles and the water pump before 63K. The turbo oil feed line was leaking at ~ 69K miles and I also replaced that. I'll update the description with this so no one gets misled on whether it was official MINI service or not. This is one of my few car listings and I want to be very honest on the sale. I'd much rather keep the car than have an unhappy buyer.
