Up for auction is a 1971 3spd Honda trail CT 70 Sapphire blue color. No title for the bike.. there was never water damage( just had to mark something for title..NO TITLE..i only received a bill of sale. Production of bike 8/71. Will hopefully upload a video of the bike being started and rode within a few days. Engine is original motor for bike. Bike has all original paint that is still consider to be nice condition but does have nicks and scratches in the paint but nothing that couldn't be touched up with finger nail polish. Fenders are in nice condition with good shine. Exhaust is original with the typical pin hole near the heat shield.. see pic( has been heat taped) speedo, horn, tail light, headlight, brakes work. No battery. Wheels have slight surface rust. Tires hold air and are rideable but are worn.. has new aftermarket seat assembly. odometer shows 4302 miles. Bars are in great working order but the left has a slight bend but is very functional and not easily noticable. One of the ears has been repaired before. This bike is not show room condition but is in great original condition for the year and a great rider. Has some slop in the front end. Bike starts 3-6 kicks and has no smoke. Buyer agrees to pay a 400 non refundable deposit and will pick the bike up with 2 weeks. I have 7 total and needing to sell some so offering the best two in original condition first..this auction is for one bike.. I have another 71 up for auction..(which is the red in picture) see my other auctions if interested. I will not crate or ship this bike. I do live close to i5 where 2 hotels are located..one being a casino and can meet the buyer right near the exit to make it easy. Buyer will pay the remaining Balance in cash once picked up.
