After 29 years of ownership and personally logging only 1080 km (that's correct) during that time it's time to let it go onto a new home. Original 28,369 KM / 17628 Miles. All original paint and decals. Will need a little standard CBX TLC, but easily managed. A true, all original cult classic. Note: Seat seam is torn, have an original Tim's CBX seat cover replacement in a box here. Irwin's Supply put a small dent in the fuel tank when in for service in 1999, never looked bad enough to repair. Needs a rear signal bracket, stock item at Tims CBX. Bike put into storage in 2006 after complete service work over by local Honda dealer. At that time was running as new, carbs were synced and it was purring like a kitten and 100% operational and road ready. Has not been run since 2006 and needs all the standard CBX items for recommissioning and road worthiness. IE brakes service, tires, carbs cleaned and kits. Brakes are dragging, but engine turns freely. Cosmetically it's all original with the exception of NEW Stock replacement exhaust in 1999. New owner might doll it up with some touch ups, potentially repaint the skins but with the fresh seat cover and a split polish it's still an extremely beautiful piece of engineering artwork and presents very well as is. Have the complete service history scanned and on file from my ownership...1988 onward. Have the original Ontario ownership and registration in my name an on file. Last registered and plated in 2008 but never ran since 2006. Looking for an end user who will own and appreciate this bike for years to come. After 29 years of ownership, happy to wait for that buyer. This is not the bike for a low balling wholesaler to waste time on. TERMS: Sold as is, where is current location Toronto, Ont.
