Vehicle Detail

This SUPER RARE '02 VW Golf GLS TDi has been my workhorse/daily-driver for the duration of my living back home (~4 years). If you're looking for this car, then you know these ALH engines are known for their reliability - which is why I sought it out myself - and it has been amazing this whole time. The tires still have tread. The car has always been serviced on time, with records to show. Driven like a grandpa with the intent to get the best gas-mileage and longevity out of the engine (I had other vehicles for when I had the need to go faster). I upgraded the stereo to bluetooth. I had intended to keep this and start building out the engine once the body started falling away, but I'm moving abroad and apparently I can't legally be charitable and leave it for someone to drive and look after her for me (the state requires them to be on the title to insure it, or I'd have to leave it insured myself). So, my loss is your gain. The bad:She'll probably need brakes swapped soon. Some wonderful person scratched the top-side of the back bumper (can't even see in the photo; only noticeable up close). There's some dings above the driver's back wheel, probably from a door I'm guessing. The "transmission celinoids" were replaced a few months ago (at the dealer). The brake lever switch was replaced at the dealer as well, but...The cruise control no longer works (I'm guessing a fuse, but haven't taken the time to look into it).About 3 years ago, my ex-wife accidentally put gasoline in the TDI. Luckily, it only needed draining and was good to go; no damage to the engine (also done at the dealer). The arm rest needs to be replaced; the faux leather is worn off and the angle lock doesn't stay at any setting (although it's default down position is still comfortable to me).For some reason, the guy I bought it from took out the back seat's headrests and lost them, so it doesn't have those. I'm on a tight timeline, hence the short auction. I set the starting bid for my reserve, and a quick follow-through would be greatly appreciated. Checks must be cleared before ownership is transferred. Thanks, and happy bidding!
