THE AD HAS BEEN REVISED!!! Offered for sale is this 1982 Corvette. Under the hood is a 350 cubic inch engine with crossfire fuel injection and an automatic transmission behind it. Overall, the car is in ok condition. It runs and drives well for a 35 year old car but please keep in mind this IS NOT a 2017 supercharged LS7 corvette. I've owned the car for roughly two years and during that time I had the following things done to the car: - Rear Main Seal Replaced - Oil Pan Gasket Replaced - Intake Gaskets Replaced - Lower Control Arm Bushings Replaced - Rear End Resealed, Rebuilt (with NEW posi installed) - New Tires Installed Today, I noticed that passenger T-Top frame has pulled away from the window so I'm adjusting the price down. The tops will still be included with in the sale. An Ebay member asked for under carriage pictures so I posted several. While the car was on the lift I noticed a scuff under the passenger side quarter panel. Please note there are a lot of little things on the car that still require attention. The electric door locks are sticky and probably need to be greased/replaced. The cruise control seems to only want to ride at 74+/- MPH. The retractable antenna doesn't extend. I don't think the cigarette lighter works. The A/C doesn't work. The paint is ok but there are a lot of chips here and there and there is some bubbling on the hood but the paint does take a nice shine when waxed. I don't think that that the blue color is an original corvette blue color. It also looks like some of the interior trim has been painted to provide a uniform interior color. The passenger side T-Top appears to be riding slightly higher than the driver side but it may be adjustable with some additional shimming. The car could benefit from a tune up and a new fuel sender unit. I have the new unit (with a new fuel pump) and will include it with the car. The speedo cluster indicates 44,954.4 miles but I'm pretty sure it's rolled once so it's probably more like 144,954.4 miles. I drive it on weekends so this will probably go up a little. The car is pictured with the "targa" top installed but I do have the smoked tops and they will be included in the sale. The car is currently CA registered has passed CA smog twice before and I have no reason to believe it won't pass it again when required. This vehicle is being sold as-is where is.
