Vehicle Detail

I am selling this vehicle because I am retiring in a couple of months, and I will not need it. This is a former police car, originally titled in Missouri. This is not your typical used-up police car. It was retired from duty at only 55,000 miles. The idle-hour meter shows 2896 hours. The removal of police equipment was done with care (no hacked-up wiring). There are no antenna holes or plugged holes in the body. Drive it anywhere. I have used it as a daily-driver for 2 years. Current PA inspection until next October. The tires are almost new. The windows are tinted. Power heated mirrors. Power adjustable pedals. 6-disc CD player. Traction-Lok rear axle. Aluminum driveshaft. Solid reliable drivetrain. Tight suspension. Nice interior. There is a CB radio and a SiriusXM tuner shown in the pictures, but they have been removed. There is a small dent in the lower area of the driver door, and a scratch on the top of the right front fender. The paint on the steel wheels could use a touch-up. The left rear power window runs intermittently, likely due to lack of use. One of the brake rotors may be slightly warped, but it passed State Inspection twice and the brakes work very well. I have a shop manual and a wiring manual for this car which I will include in the sale. I welcome any and all questions you might have prior to bidding on this Crown Victoria. This vehicle is also listed for sale locally. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is the Fifth time I have listed this vehicle. There have been successful bidders who have changed their mind without even looking at the car, or just refused to complete the sale. It's a good car. If the car does not sell this time for at least $5,100 I will just keep it myself. On Jun-10-17 at 17:54:05 PDT, seller added the following information: 6/10/2017: Here we go again. Bidder warwa-w-f6brftc4dt had bid $5200 but contacted me to retract his bid. Keep in mind that bidding is in effect a contract.
