This beauty is a 1996 Fleetwood Cadillac- the last year of production. Purchased new by retired CIA analyst in Detroit from his old friend who owned Dalgleish Cadillac, the 1st Cadillac dealership in Detroit. Owner passed away 20 years later and his widow sold it back to the dealers son. I bought it from him in fall 2016, I put in all new shocks (4), 2 new tires. A/C runs cold. All power options work fine. CD player and cassette work. Drives great! I loved the interior that looks like no one has ever entered the back seat, the flawless carpet, headliner and door panels and dash. I saw the 4 small flaws -a 2 inch tear on left side driver seat by controls (common on these cars), the panel under the steering wheel has a corner plastic tab off, the small rust on rear bumper and bottom byrocker panel (only visible when door open) and a small bump line on a rear fender that never broke the paint. The LT1 (Corvette) engine is powerful beyond expectations. I'm 64 years old so I don't race but when the need to pass is there this thing scoots. I love that you can experience the size and comfort of a 70's full size car but with 90's tech and 26 miles per gallon. Mechanics say this should easily go another 80-100,000 miles. I had hoped to enjoy many more long cruises in this daily driver but health issues now require sale...hope to buy another one when things are better down the road.
