Up for Auction is our 2002Subaru Forester! We are the second owner. The first being the State of Wyoming for Home Inspections. The vehicle feature Cold Air Conditioning, warm heat, CRUISE Control, Power Locks, Power Windows,Plenty of options such as a Roof Rack, Tinted Windows, Rear Defrost, New All Season Studless Tires etc. etc. 02 Subi Forester FUN !!!!!!!! Recent routine work performed: Newer spark plugs, wires, battery, and tune up. Vehicle Condition: The interior is in good condition and appears to be all original. The interior needs a good cleaning although it was just vacuumed, it could use a deep shampoo cleaning. We will be adding interior photos tomorrow, 5/10/17, in the AM. The engine compartment is clean and demonstrates the maintenance even without a cleaning. Mechanically, it drives well and shifts as it should and stops fine. It doesn't appear to be using nor leaking any fluids. The vehicle could benefit from struts but nothing that you might not expect from a 15 year old used vehicle. The power door locks work fine and the power windows work fine. Exterior: The exterior could use a good cleaning. It has the typical scratches and scuffs that one might expect. I have included a close up of pine sap in photo number 11. Several areas will look like scratches, just like the Toyota 4runner we are also listing. Yes, it is often just pine sap and comes off fairly easily. The windshield is cracked and could be repaired or replaced and there are many replacements online, even here on Ebay. The AWD works fine and the car handles well in the snow with recently added new snow tires that were computer spin balanced. The A/C blows cold and the heater is very warm. Cruise control works fine. Cassette deck and CD works fine. Nice factory system. We are selling because we are moving across America. Please take a look at the Toyota 4runner we are listing concurrently and next week, the camper goes up for sale. This was a vehicle that we often took trips to the Bay area in and didn't off road but it would seem fine to do so. I would not hesitate to take this vehicle on a long trip.. All in all, a reliable classic that has been well used and not abused. Good appearance one of the better years of one of the better Subaru Products. Finally, when we bought the vehicle about a year or so ago, and prior to purchase, we had the head gaskets inspected. The mechanic was pleasantly surprised and he stated, "You got a good one". There should be no head gasket issues for a long time. Thank you! VEHICLE COMES WITH A CLEAN CALIFORNIA TITLE IN MY NAME AND THE CAR IS CURRENTLY REGISTERED. This vehicle is located in Stateline Nevada which is 60 miles from the Reno Airport and about 110 miles from the Sacramento Airport. There is just one Stateline, NV in Nevada and its about 400 miles from Las Vegas. Please note that this vehicle will continue to be driven daily until the auction ends next week. We have six vehicles and we are going down to two vehicles to make the long trip for a job transfer. CONCERNING SMOG We make no guarantees as to the vehicle passing or failing an emission test in your city, county, state. This vehicle passed the rigorous California Emission Test last year without any issues. Since then we have tuned up the vehicle and we do not anticipate any problems. However, there are multiple different systems within many states by county and cities. We cannot bring the car to your state to get it Smog test and personally, I think its a little odd that one state cannot accept another State's Smog test (usually) but its all about the Smog Tax, License Tax, Registration Tax, Sales Tax, and all the other taxes that the Government labels, "Fees" to dup you!
