Original Time Capsule never seen a winter or worse the salt, great investment Floor boards and underside chassis are incredible, Seats are original black and are in awesome condition This BJ40 1977 is very rare quite desirable because of its original un modified condition, brought to where you need it most the North East New England area Low miles and as you may know a Toyota diesel is capable of 500 k miles WOW ! AVOID THE RUST BUCKETS .....Typically you will see old Land Cruisers looking great on the outer body while forty years ate away at the integrity of everything else. This vehicle has an incredible clean frame, mounts are solid Floor pans and rear bed with in my opinion outstanding In some places the paint is faded and the original coating is able to be seen but very little rust. Some of the paint looks original. Has all glass, no modifications all parts appear original / Great overall patina / new Sony radio / no glove box cut outs / no chevy V8 motors, / this is a great stock platform /seats are in great original shape with seat belts front black original / locking hubs / starts / runs lights work /shifts / stays in gears / 4x4 hi lo work / no weird noises except its overall old worldliness clutch is great / front brakes are good back brakes are light drive as is or repaint and have an incredible piece. There is a minimum rust on the painted surface. there is touch up areas of light body work Its far from perfect but in my opinion its in great shape, keep in mind this is a 1977 original vehicle recently imported from Costa Rica a few months back......... True time capsule This vehicle comes originaly from Costa Rica and currently has a clean Carolina title, It does not have a NY title If I got one I would not be able to sell for a month plus, Im a Land Cruiser collecter and will help out anyway possible please see my rating........
