My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2002 Mazda Tribute 4WD. I would rate the exterior of this Tribute to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a decent looking truck. It is finished in two tone brown and tan over tan leather interior. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific Tribute, there are some paint speckles from running on a wet yellow center line. Under the truck, there is visible rust damage. All of the trim and cladding are present and show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels look good and are wrapped in a new looking set of Michelin's. Look carefully at the photos of under the truck to see the rust damage. From what I see, it looks not structural...but you should expect to put a few bucks into this truck. I would rate the interior of this Tribute to also be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The inserts on at least two of the door cards are missing or loose...but the door cards themselves are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The leather seats also show well for their age and are comfortable. The power windows, locks, mirrors and sunroof all seem to be working. The audio system is original. The heater works, too. It's too cold to know whether or not the air conditioner is working. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Mechanically, this Tribute will need a few things. The 3.0L V6 starts up easily and runs smoothly. There is an audible exhaust leak coming from one of the manifolds as well as, what sounds like, a second leak further back in the system. I haven't noticed any obvious fluid leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension feels fine. Steering and braking feel good, too. I believe one of the wheel bearings is noisy. The engine keeps normal temperature and runs fine. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight. Again...plan to put some money into this truck before it is ready to pass most state's inspections and be used reliably and safely daily. Please, please, please...only bid if you understand that this truck needs some work. I'd rather push it off a cliff than list it 5 times because nobody can read. Our preferred payment method is Cash in Person. For those customers who plan to have their vehicle shipped or cannot make it in person within 7 days, you may also pay for your vehicle by Certified Check or Bank-To-Bank Wire Transfer. If paying by Bank Check or Bank Wire Transfer, funds must clear before your vehicle is available for release. We Do Not Accept PayPal or Credit Cards...at all...period. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without prior written permission may be assessed a storage fee of $10/ day. Storage fees will be deducted first from any monies paid to Liberty Auto Exchange. Non-Paying Bidders: We take what we do very seriously and ask that potential bidders take placing their bid just as seriously. Non-Paying Bidders will be assessed a re-listing fee of $249. This fee is considered due and payable, without demand, to Liberty Auto Exchange on the 8th day from the end of the auction. Non-Paying Bidders will be reported to eBay, blocked from bidding on future auctions and may be referred to our Collection Agency for credit reporting and fee recovery. Fees and Taxes The only fee we charge is the $149 Administrative Fee that is also disclosed in the first sentence of the written description. Because we sell with NO RESERVE, we have no way to control how much (if any) money we make per vehicle. This fee helps us isolate a few of our fixed, per transaction expenses in a way that is fair to everyone.
