2001-Ford, Cobra, 2 Door Convertible. Red exterior/ Tan top, with tan suede & grey leather interior. It has 61,000 miles, has been recently inspected by a professional mechanic, and the mechanic reports that all mechanical/motor functions are properly working. It has not been driven a lot and has been a New Mexico vehicle since new. It has seen very little use in the last 13 years. It was purchased from one previous owner who bought it new in Albuquerque, NM, and it had approximately 3,200 miles on it when purchased in December of 2002, by its current female owner, who was the sole driver of the car. It has some patina on the paint and fading on the convertible top from the sun, which are the two primary issues. Everything functions on the car except the small right rear window which no longer goes up or down. The convertible top works as it should, as does the balance of all the electrical and mechanical components. Pros:​​​​​ ​• Low Mileage for the year ~ 61,000 miles ​• Occasional use ~ mostly parked, and driven very little in the last 13 years ​​ • Easy to handle/nice to drive​ ​• Had an optional interior roll bar installed by Ford dealer at request of current owner for additional safety • 5 Disc CD player • Standard 5 speed manual transmission and small V-8 engine is decent on gas • Lock on Rims • Motor, clutch, transmission, drive train all in good shape • Solid “no rust” vehicle; will be easy to refurbish if cosemetic upgrades are desired on body• Never in any collisions; chassis is solid, straight and rust free, and underside components are in good mechanical shape Issues: Some wear and tear on paint and interior Will need new tires in about a yearNeeds exterior work, mostly paint, a couple of minor dings need bumped out and a mounting tab on the front fascia is broken but can be easily repairedConvertible top has slight tear, but not all the way throughRight rear window does not roll up or down, is probably a switch or bad drive motorNumerous pictures are posted with hopes of accurately portraying a true description of the vehicle.
