Exterior is in excellent condition, minimal flaws here and there(i.e. - light surface scratches, rock chips, etc) as would be expected with any used vehicle of comparable age and mileage, nothing notable at all. Interior is in excellent condition as well, very clean. Power In-Floor ramp and power kneel system work flawlessly. This handicap van does have a rebuilt title. Van was in a minor accident, but as is with most handicap conversions, was totaled by insurance. Involved driver's side fender, front bumper and components and driver's door. No damage to engine, transmission, or handicap conversion, nothing mechanical involved at all. Airbags did deploy, just as they should have, and of course have been replaced and are exactly as they should be. Van was repaired by a reputable body shop, then to obtain rebuilt status, had to pass a thorough state inspection to verify all repairs were completed and met their approval.
