Vehicle Detail
1960 Ford F100 with GORGEOUS original patina. NO ENGINE AND NO TRANSMISSION. Body is straight and clean and it has never been wrecked that I'm aware of. Some of the glass is still intact. Original bench seat. Missing instrument cluster and wiring. Light surface rust as can be seen in the photos, but this has been a Southwest US truck it's whole life so it's all trivial surface rust. This truck is just begging for someone to restore and turn into a head turning beauty. New Mexico Title is CLEAN! On Mar-18-17 at 15:08:46 PDT, seller added the following information: LOW RESERVE!On Mar-19-17 at 21:15:55 PDT, seller added the following information: 5 additional updates based on questions from bidders: 1) I believe the 2 tone paint that can be seen in the close up photos of the side of the vehicle is ORIGINAL. 2) Vin Number Decoding Information: F10J0R17187 F10 = Ford F100 2WD; J = 223ci 6; 0 = 1960; R = San Jose, CA Factory 3) This vehicle belonged to my late father and has lived almost all it's life in the southwest of the U.S. My father was not the original owner, but he has had the vehicle for many, many years before he passed away. 4) Yes, this vehicle is a roller. Tires will be aired up and ready to roll onto your shipping company's trailer. 5) Reserve price is $1,002. On Mar-24-17 at 21:35:57 PDT, seller added the following information: I added more photos of the floor boards, the bed of the truck, the firewall and the engine compartment. Note! I have some of the components from the original instrument panel including the original speedometer and odometer (showing 96,340 original miles). Also note: I had thought this was the vehicles original paint. However the serial number shows a "W" code. I don't documentation on the paint codes and there are a few different sources that say different things, but I suspect that "W" might have been a blue or turquoise looking color. This paint might just be VERY old and not original.
