97 crown vic p71 THIS IS NOT A RUNNING CAR! it has ether a broken piston pin or a broken rod in the rear cylinder of the right bank. before this issue we had replaced all of the timing component's/ parts and pulled the fuel tank removed the internal pump and installed a external pump. after that the car ran great! for a long time. then the rod issue? the car has only 126.000 mile's on it and its pretty clean and strait for the most part . it's got a small dent close to the fuel filler door and a couple of ding's on the trunk lid . it has two long cracks in the windshield and the passenger side mirror bracket is broke . it still has the cage / the electric shotgun rack still work's / it still has the flasher relay and the red and blue light's behind the grill / i never did hook em up! but they are there the engine is dismantle'd for the most part with the exception of the heads and the exhaust . but all the part's are there. we had intention's of just finding a short block or just machining the block ? or at the least find a good used engine . but the fact is i really don't have the time to deal with it. i'm more into building 4x4 conversion and thing's of that nature and i have projects that i want to finish. anyways any questions just ask. thank's for looking !
