1992 White Mercedes Benz 500 SL Convertible with LOW MILES and EXCELLENT CONDITION INSIDE AND OUT! I am second owner, I purchased about 2 years ago from the original owner in California where it spent the first 23 years of its life. I had it shipped to Chicago and it has been stored and only driven in summer and early fall. The car has all service records, all books, Clean Carfax, never been in an accident, and has only been serviced by Mercedes Dealers or Authorized Mercedes independent service centers. I recently had the radiator replaced, and the brakes and tires are in excellent shape, recently replaced pads and rotors all the way around. The body on the car is excellent, only minor door dings and fine scratches which can be buffed or waxed out. Front curb protector below the front bumper is scratched and cracked, it is made of plastic and inexpensive to replace, and if replaced and the car is buffed and waxed it will look almost perfect. Interior is in even better shape than exterior, leather is great shape as is the carpet and upholstery. All mechanicals work including power roof for Hardtop and soft top which are both in great shape. Engine is extremely strong as is the transmission. All this can be verified if needed by the authorized Mercedes Benz service center that I have had work on it the last two plus years.
