Up for auction is a one owner unmolested rust free 1989 Jeep Grand Wagoneer that has spent its entire life in California. This Jeep is still in its original color of Sterling metallic silver and has its original Cordovan burgundy leather interior.This Jeep is in very good running condition due to its good maintenance and starts right up from cold with a couple of pumps of the gas pedal. The engine has great oil pressure and runs smooth and cool, when accelerating hard there is a small exhaust leak that can be heard but goes away at cruising speed. The brakes stop well and straight. I recently took it for a 70 mile drive with absolutely no issues. The body is in excellent condition with no rust or dents. The wood (plastic) paneling is very nice with no tears or discoloration and the paint is glossy. All the bright work is in good condition. The windshield has a bulls eye in the lower left corner that has been repaired, all the rest of the glass is very good. The Jeep still retains its original alloy wheels with a good set of Michelin tires. The interior is very nice and original with no tears or rips. The front headliner is starting to sag slightly in a couple of places and I got a quote of $300 to replace it. Overall the interior is in amazing condition looking barely used (see photos) The A/C air conditioning and heater work well as do the power windows. The stereo has been replaced with a modern unit with a cd player and aux input. I am selling this Jeep for the original owner as it was her husbands car and he passed away last year so she has no need for it anymore.
