2004 Cadillac CTS V Series This is a 2004 CTS V Series, that has the Black Raven interior. This is a 5.7 LS6 with 400hp and 397 lb-ft. The car currently has 187583. This car is not perfect and I will list everything to the best of my knowledge. Exterior: The car has a few scratches and dings. The worst one is above the rear wheel on the drivers side. This can bee seen in the pictures. There are minor imperfections outside the vehicle. Interior: The interior is in really good condition for the age of the vehicle. All electronics work including the DVD player and navigation. There is a less than normal wear and tear on the interior with the exception of the arm rest which has begun to crack. Air conditioning works wonderfully as well as heat. There are minor imperfections in the vehicle. Engine/Drive Train: The motor runs strong and is still being driven, though now I basically only drive it to keep the fluids moving. The clutch has been replaced about 7500 miles ago. The rotors and pads have about 8000 miles on them. The Vehicle is stock with the exception of the cold air intake and x-pipe. Issues: The second gear synchro is out and needs to be replaced. This means that you do not have second gear if shifting after about 1500 rpms. You can start in second gear but cant practically shift from first to second. It is difficult to shift into reverse unless you pop the shift cover allowing more room to shift into reverse. The flywheel either needs resurfaced or replaced as there is chatter when letting the clutch out. I was never able to do this when I purchased the vehicle. The parking break cable need replaced. If using the parking break you have to use your finger to release it. I just leave it in gear. The vehicle has not been registered since 2015.
