Vehicle Detail

1930 Ford Model A 5 Window Coupe Street Rod- A nicely done, home built street rod that attracts lots of attention. NOT a rat rod. Rock solid original steel body. NO rust. Only the front fenders are fiberglass. After market, fully boxed frame. Mustang II front end with power disc brakes and rack and pinion steering. Steers straight, turns well, stops on a dime. 4 link type rear end. S10 differential. Single track with drum brakes. Appears to be 3.08 gears. Fully rebuilt V6 Chevy engine. Small Holley 4bbl. HEI ignition. 350 turbo transmission. Won't wrinkle up the pavement but a super nice cruiser. Nicely done interior. Tilt wheel. CD player. Full retracting, single shoulder harness type seatbelts. All glass has been replaced. (one very small crack in rear quarter window). Window regulators and door latches work like they should. Very well insulated and weather sealed. NOT a rattle trap. The top is not metal filled but the original type cover is in excellent shape with no leaks that I have found. Paint is a GOOD, 15 footer. Smooth and glossy but there are some flaws. The rear American flag decal is a magnetic type and is removable. All the lights, horn, turn signals, cancelers, hazard flashers, 3rd brake light, wiper etc. work properly. No A/C but has heater. Dry cell, red top Optima battery. Driven less than 4,000 miles since built. The date stamp on the photos is incorrect. All pictures recenly taken in 2017. On Feb-28-17 at 09:03:24 PST, seller added the following information: In answer to a couple of questions, the white spots showing on the seats in the photos are NOT stains. They are just sunlight. Seats are in excellent shape. On Feb-28-17 at 10:11:19 PST, seller added the following information: In answer to another question about potential rust issues. I am not implying that no filler was used anywhere on the car before painting. Obviously an 87 year old car will have some filler used to smooth rough areas. But I have found no areas where I believe there was any rust-through of the body. I did not do the body work or paint the car but this is NOT a "bondo bucket".
