I'm a Quality Assurance Engineer by trade and my Wife would say I'm a bit obsessed with my stuff. It's just that I appreciate what I have and try to take very good care of it. After 10 years this vehicle looks fantastic. For the past 7 years it's been parked underground during the day so it's seen little sunlight. I treat the leather with Lexol leather conditioner and all plastic/synthetic trim, inside and out, is treated with Aero 303 military grade UV sun block. All service has been performed by Honda for all 10 years and I have all the receipts for you. I also have all the manuals that came with the vehicle (see photos).I just had Honda service the vehicle so the Oil life is at 100% and they also did a smog check, for which I have the certificate (see photo). The (2) keys also have new batteries in them. Most recent major services performed by Honda.7/2014 100,859 mi - Timing belt, water pump, belt tensioner, transmission flush, brake fluid flush.1/2015 108,652 mi - Air bag recalls.6/2015 114,422 mi - New battery.3/2016 126,022 mi - Transmission flush, rear brakes, alternator. Known issues:The driver side interior light (above the rear-view mirror) does not turn on when the door is opened. It does work manually. The passenger side and all others work fine.The light on the Cruise Control button is burnt out, however, when you engage Cruise Control the words "Cruise Control" light up on the dashboard.The tires will need to be replaced as they are near end of life.
