My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis GS. The Mercury Grand Marquis is a cousin to the Ford Crown Victoria and Lincoln Town Car so it shares their reputation of being an incredibly tough and reliable vehicle. These cars typically have service lives in excess of 400,000 miles with just routine maintenance. I would rate the exterior of this Grand Marquis to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in Arizona Beige Metallic over Medium Parchment. The finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific Grand Marquis, the worst I can say is that the drivers outside mirror is loose on the post. Other than that, just a few small rub marks and such on the bumpers from age...nothing bad. All of the trim and cladding are present and show well. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory chrome wheel covers are all present and show well for their age. The tires are a matching set of Goodyear's all around with good tread showing. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would also rate the interior of this Grand Marquis to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The seats are clean, comfortable and show virtually no wear. The power windows, locks, seat and mirrors all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. It's too cold to tell if the air conditioner is working properly but I can tell you that the heater works properly. The trunk is spacious and clean. This Grand Marquis is a fresh NEW BMW TRADE and careful ownership shows. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Mercury looks. Mechanically, this Grand Marquis appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.6L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. Again, these cars have an excellent reputation and are capable of going hundreds and hundreds of thousands of miles with only normal maintenance. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering feels a little loose, like maybe some bushings are dried out and need replaced. I've personally driven this car a few times and she gets down the road just fine. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The engine makes good power and feels smooth. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. Out on the highway, these cars can easily achieve fuel economy near to 30mpg. Our preferred payment method is Cash in Person. For those customers who plan to have their vehicle shipped or cannot make it in person within 7 days, you may also pay for your vehicle by Certified Check or Bank-To-Bank Wire Transfer. If paying by Bank Check or Bank Wire Transfer, funds must clear before your vehicle is available for release. We Do Not Accept PayPal or Credit Cards...at all...period. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without prior written permission may be assessed a storage fee of $10/ day. Storage fees will be deducted first from any monies paid to Liberty Auto Exchange. Non-Paying Bidders: We take what we do very seriously and ask that potential bidders take placing their bid just as seriously. Non-Paying Bidders will be assessed a re-listing fee of $249. This fee is considered due and payable, without demand, to Liberty Auto Exchange on the 8th day from the end of the auction. Non-Paying Bidders will be reported to eBay, blocked from bidding on future auctions and may be referred to our Collection Agency for credit reporting and fee recovery. Fees and Taxes The only fee we charge is the $149 Administrative Fee that is also disclosed in the first sentence of the written description. Because we sell with NO RESERVE, we have no way to control how much (if any) money we make per vehicle. This fee helps us isolate a few of our fixed, per transaction expenses in a way that is fair to everyone. The winning bidder is responsible for paying all required fees to their respective state of origin.
