Vehicle Detail

Absolutely stunning, extremely low mileage, 1999 suburban 2500. If you've been looking for the ultimate in luxury, towing capacity, style and functionality, look no further than this amazing suburban. This is a true 47,600 mile, one owner truck, owned by a retired police officer who took meticulous care of it. Always stored in a heated garage. LT trim with power leather seats, 4x4, 454 Vortec, front and rear heat and A/C, tow package, AM/FM, CD, cassette, cruise, trailer brake, etc... The last of the classic suburbans. This beautiful truck is finished in pewter metallic with tan leather interior. You would be hard pressed to find a cleaner, lower mileage example of one of these 2500 burbs, let alone with the options this one has. Exterior paint and finish is exceptional, shines like new. No oxidation, flaking, crazing, or deep scratches. There are a few small stone chips on front edge of hood, and stone chips along rocker panels (out of sight) and a few on front door bottoms, but nothing that detracts from the overall unbelievable cleanliness of the body. There are 2 VERY small door dings on the whole truck, one on the passenger side rear quarter panel, and one on drivers side rear door. Both will be removed by paintless dent repair before end of sale. All window and door seals are clean and supple. As clean as the exterior is, moving inside the truck truly looks like you are climbing inside a near new truck from 1999. The leather, being stored out of the sun all its life is soft and supple, as new. There is no wear to speak of on any of the seats, save for a tiny scuff on the drivers bottom bolster. The colors have no sun fading whatsoever. Dash, instrument panel, door panels, headliner, all appear as new. Carpet is wear free, but did have a few old stains from what appears to have been a soda spill. Care was taken during the detailing process to remove the stains, but there is still a few very light traces, hardly noticeable. All original floor mats were covered with secondary mats for the life of the vehicle, so are in great shape. All options work perfectly, even the tape player. A/C was just serviced and blows ice cold front and back. Stereo sounds excellent. This truck runs and drives fantastic. The big 454 starts right up and sounds excellent, very healthy and was just treated to a royal purple synthetic oil change. Engine runs very quiet, no exhaust leaks or odd noises. Truck runs out extremely smooth, with plenty of power. Transmission shifts flawless, smooth and without hesitation. Push button 4x4 works perfect. Brakes are solid and were just inspected. Tires are at about 85% tread. All wheels are extremely clean with perfect center caps and trim rings, not even one lugnut cover is missing. New rancho 5000x shocks were just installed front and back, truck rides nice and tight. I really cant say enough about how well preserved this suburban is, I would dare to say it may be one the cleanest and lowest mileage examples of a classic K2500 suburban in existence. This would make any collector, chevy lover or just someone looking for a no excuses tow rig, extremely proud to own. If you know your suburbans, then you already know what you're looking at! Truck will come with 4 keys, 2 key fobs, owners manual, original sales brochure, original sales invoice, service records and a full tank of gas. Please contact me with any questions you may have, or to request additional pictures. Truck is also for sale locally, so i reserve the right to end the auction early. Thanks for looking and happy bidding! On Jan-31-17 at 20:12:41 PST, seller added the following information: Front brakes were making a grinding noise, brought truck back into shop again to find the front rotors were worn out. Both rotors were replaced, wheel bearings packed, tires were rotated and balanced. Pads at 85% so were re-used. Truck is driving and braking excellent.
