Well maintained and loved family car.Unfortunately its timing belt failed so needs a replacement engine. Other than this it is in excellent condition. New tires, brakes, air conditioning and battery fitted within the last year. Has had regular mechanical check-ups. I have a signed and stamped Lien Release document proving ownership. I am currently waiting on receipt of title from DMV but need to sell ASAP as car is now taking up space at mechanics.
