1966 AMC Marlin for sale. I bought it with my dad around 10 years ago in FL and have been working on it solo since moving to Virginia a few years back. The odometer shows 75k miles I'm not sure if it's turned over before. It is equipped with a 327 V8 engine and a three speed "flash-o-matic" transmission. The car came with a radio which turns on but may need new speakers. A Mercury A/C unit was installed sometime before I took ownership and blew cold until about 2 years ago so it may just need Freon. The car was repainted about 3.5 years ago (I have pictures and receipts if needed) for about 7k and more recently the car was tuned up to include Carb rebuild, power sterling rebuild, new brake lines, new bushings, strut rods, shocks, control arms, and the like. The interior is the last big thing that needs to be done in the car. The carpet was removed during the painting to repair the floor panels below it which are now in good shape. The back seats don't look too bad considering they are original and 51 years old, but I have seats covers for the front ones. The dashboard is cracked. I keep the car in my garage and drive it twice a week. Since its recent tune-up it runs and drives the best it ever has. It is currently registered in Virginia and even has a Virginia safety inspection sticker (not easy to get with an older car). I also bought two new front tires and put them on the car.
