The body is showing its age, rust, dull and peeling paint. The car may have been repaired at some time in the past. There is some rust underneath as well. Bonding adhesive is available at body paint and material stores and can be used to install replacement panels and patch panels. The car runs and drives but starts to smoke at the right exhaust after running for 10 to 15 minutes or so. Does not appear to be coolant as the level never seems to drop. The engine may be sucking in trans fluid from the vacuum modulator. The starter and brake master cylinder were replaced a few years ago. Tires are very old but hold air. The car should be trailered and not driven for more than a few miles to be on the safe side. Some electronics like the blower motor are not working. The lights and wipers do work. This car will need work but the price should allow room for repairs. There are no warrantys or guarantees and the car is sold as is where is. Please contact me through ebay with any questions.
