Selling our 2012 Kia Sorento ex, AWD 2.4l GDI automatic, 7 passenger seating Just bought it in January for $17,000.00 from the dealer.It is fully loaded minus sunroof. everything works and was been well maintained. however the engine has begun to make a ticking noise. Kia has extended the warranty on these cars to cover replacing the engine because they have a known issue with soft bearings that can fail. We parked the car as soon as we found this out and it has sat for 2 months. I personally don't have the time or knowledge to start battling with the dealership to arrange getting the motor replaced and my wife is spooked and wanted a different car. So the reality is that you could by this for thousands under KBB, have the motor replaced under warranty and have a great car for years to come. I am just not in the position to deal with it and I want it gone. asking what we owe so the price is pretty firm. If your interested please call so I can give you the whole story.
