Up for auction is my 1979 El Camino. Car runs and Shifts great. Has the shift kit installed. The guy i just got it from done all thye motor and mechanical work. Here is the list he gave to me".t has one spot on the back quarter and one fender needs fixed. And motor is 350 not sure on body's miles but motor and trans have less than one thousand. Redone in June. .488 cam 2200 stall 58cc hi compression heads eldebrock performer intake and 1406 carb. Hi pressure oil pump 18 eagle alloy rims. I have 1200$ in rims. 250$ in air shocks in rear, over 500$ in the worked heads, 150 in valve covers 250 for intake 300 for cam and lifters, 450 in rings and bearings 100 for a gasket kit, 150 in distributor, 75 in oil pump, 200 for carb 20 for spacer, 2$ a pop for push rods,80$ double roll timing chains kit" i PICKED IT UP LAST NIGHT DROVE IT UP ON THE DOLY THEN DROVE IT TO CAR WASH TODAY. My opinion I would like to work and get a wall panel behind seat to control the highway niose. The brakes and power steering need some work. The motor I am VERY pleased withg it starts right up idles strong and sounds great. The shifting was no problem the Interior I was also happy with. The tires and esp the rims I am very happy with. The jack tore a fender out on him by slipping but only hurt the fender. In my opinion the car is priced to sale. It has tons of potential with minimal work.
