This 2005 Volvo features a 2.4L 5 cylinder engine and automatic transmission with a very low 110,xxx miles. Sleek combination of Dark Gray exterior with Black leather interior and wood grain accents. Full power windows, locks, sunroof and mirrors. Heat and A/C work. Tires are decent. Interior is in good condition, no rips tears or cracks of any kind and a good detailing and vacuuming of the carpets would really make it pop. Exterior paint is in very good shape with good shine with a few scratches and dings, as to be expected of a car this seasoned. The body is in very good condition with no major dents or damage of any kind. This sedan runs, drives and shifts gears including reverse. Though the car starts up first crank, runs and drives, the engine is making a loud rattling noise. The check engine light is on and battery needs to be replaced . I drove the car about 50 miles yesterday and this sound started. I parked it. Car seems to still be driveable (though I wouldn't without further inspection) but this is a second vehicle, so rather than spend the money to investigate what it is, it's for sale. All other basic components of car seem to be in proper working order. Windows, lights, brakes, wipers, display, sunroof, alarm, remote key FOB, and all original manuals are included as well. The registration is current til December 2017 and *if you are a California buyer or intend to register the car in California, car will be smogged before you take delivery. As stated, this Volvo has a CLEAR TITLE/PINK SLIP. I have done my best to describe this Volvo accurately and thoroughly, disclosing all information known to me ( I can't tell you what I don't know or haven't experienced), and have included plenty of pictures for your visual reference, but if I have inadvertently neglected to include any detail you need, please do not hesitate to contact me, as all questions will be answered promptly. The California Vehicle Code (CVC) 24007 (b) (2) issued in accordance with section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code, states that buyers can be presented with a certificate of compliance or a certificate of non-compliance (that has been issued within 90 days) before or at the time of sale. This will allow buyers to pay the registration fees and tax then transfer the car into their name at the DMV and provides them with 90 days of temporary registration from the time the certificate of non-compliance was issued for the vehicle, thus allowing the buyer time to repair the vehicle and bring it into smog conformity. This vehicle will be delivered with a Purchase Order, Bill of Sale, Smog (if applicable and stated), and 1 Key. This is all the paperwork you will receive.
