I have a super rare 1975 Maico GS 440 all original for the most part. There were very few of this model made with the high pipe and very sought after for collectors. This bike is the real deal for anyone wanting to buy a Maico 440 etc. Bike runs great and is ready for vintage racing, your collection, or to show. It is not perfect but it is a strong 8.5-9 out of a 10 in my opinion. Frame VIN: 341-440Engine VIN: G-3240124 The engine vin starts with a "G" making it the desirable WIDE enduro ratio transmission. This is a great vintage example of one of Maico's most desirable bikes and models, the GS 440 Enduro with high pipe. Has the decompression lever and all still, and functions good to start the engine from top dead center. Brakes work great, suspension is pretty solid, the tank is still in very nice shape, the seat has no tears, the fenders have no cracks, just minimal normal wear and tear. Tires are in decent shape even. Rims are nice as well. I replaced the old intake rubber so it doesn't suck air and runs better. Deposit: $500 paypal at end of auction within 24 hours.
