ATTENTION!!! 2006 Mitsubishi Evolution IX MR SE Tarmac Black. This is one of the rarest Evos ever built! The SE was only built during the last month of Evo IX production and only 10% of these were MRs. The SE adds the signature front lip and red stitched Recaro race seats. With an acutal / race weight of 3207 / 3165 respectively...the IX was the only Evo to add MIVEC variable valve timing technology to the legendary 4G63 engine used by Mitsubishi in their race cars from 1989-2006 and by Jim Russell in his Formula cars. Lightly modded with High Flow Intake, Hard Intercooler Pipes, and TurboSmart Dual-port blow off valve. The auxiliary gauge cluster position has been swapped with the stock radio as in most VIIIs and IXs and the wheels have been powder coated Tarmac Black to match the vehicle color. Equipped with carbon fiber spoiler with no fading or chips; additionally brembo calibers are still bright red and not brown which usually occurs from heavy use. This is an extremely rare find.
