Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2006 BMW 325xi with the desirable six speed manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a great looking sedan. It is finished in black over brown leather, which is an excellent color combination. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific BMW, there really isn't anything noteworthy to report. The black finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. The xenon HID headlights do an excellent job at lighting up the road at night. Please take your time to check out each of the photos to see how clean this BMW looks. I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The contrast of the brown interior against the wood accents and black exterior is strikingly beautiful. I smile every time I open the door. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The leather seats are clean and comfortable. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and also appears to be working properly. The trunk is spacious and clean. Pride in ownership shows throughout this BMW. Again, please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally clean this 325xi looks. Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine feels strong and makes good power. The drive by wire throttle is very responsive, almost touchy. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the Getrag 6 speed manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This 325xi has a new PA emissions sticker but does not have a safety sticker. I don't know what it needs to pass safety. From my road test, I can't feel anything obvious. I did notice that the front wheels were dirty. In most cases, this is just brake dust but it could be axle grease from a torn outer axle boot. This is a common wear item and would cause it to not pass inspection in PA. Beyond that, I didn't notice anything during my road test that would cause it to not pass. I would drive this car anywhere without a second thought. If you're looking for a clean 3 Series in AWD that hasn't been all used up, this car should be at the top of your list. The rare 6 speed manual transmission makes this 325xi especially desirable. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2006 BMW 325xi with the desirable six speed manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this BMW to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. As you can see, this is a great looking sedan. It is finished in black over brown leather, which is an excellent color combination. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific BMW, there really isn't anything noteworthy to report. The black finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. The xenon HID headlights do an excellent job at lighting up the road at night. Please take your time to check out each of the photos to see how clean this BMW looks.
I would rate the interior of this BMW to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for it's age and mileage. The contrast of the brown interior against the wood accents and black exterior is strikingly beautiful. I smile every time I open the door. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. The leather seats are clean and comfortable. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and also appears to be working properly. The trunk is spacious and clean. Pride in ownership shows throughout this BMW. Again, please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally clean this 325xi looks.
Mechanically, this BMW appears to be in good running and driving condition. The inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine feels strong and makes good power. The drive by wire throttle is very responsive, almost touchy. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the Getrag 6 speed manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This 325xi has a new PA emissions sticker but does not have a safety sticker. I don't know what it needs to pass safety. From my road test, I can't feel anything obvious. I did notice that the front wheels were dirty. In most cases, this is just brake dust but it could be axle grease from a torn outer axle boot. This is a common wear item and would cause it to not pass inspection in PA. Beyond that, I didn't notice anything during my road test that would cause it to not pass. I would drive this car anywhere without a second thought. If you're looking for a clean 3 Series in AWD that hasn't been all used up, this car should be at the top of your list. The rare 6 speed manual transmission makes this 325xi especially desirable. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers, PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $49 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
