This car was at my Mechanic shop and had standing water up to the floor boards and the carpet. This was in the last flood in May here in Houston. The car was not running or driven in high water but only sitting. The Insurance company for the shop paid the car off and have gave me the option to repurchase so I did. We pulled the entire interior and pressure washed and dried the carpets. There was nothing else wrong with the car. There is no check engine light, abs, airbag, or any other kind of light on. The car runs and drives great. The Insurance claimed total loss through the state so even though I have a clean Title I assume it will come back rebuilt when it is transferred into the new owners name. There are no smells or anything associated to water being in the car and you would never know that it was there. Everything is in great shape. Back seats show staining from kids and car seats.
