This is my 1963 split window. It is in excellent, original condition. It is all matching #'s including distributor, original carb, exhaust manifolds, Alt, engine, trans, rear, etc. Motor is brand new rebuild with less than 400 miles on it. Runs and drives like new. It is a 250 hp with 4 speed. Shifts flawlessly. Only 58,991 miles on it. Last owner had it for over 25 years. Had engine rebuilt because he didn't like that it smoked when he started it. Rebuilt engine is very quite and runs strong. All stainless is in mint condition. Chrome bumpers are beautiful too. Beautiful fit body and new paint. Last owner did add pearl to clear. Can't see it unless in sunlight and it is very subtle. I didn't notice it for a while. Paint is very shiny, slick, no chips or scratches. Very nice original interior and everything works except clock and e-brake. Underneath is like new. It had knock off wheels and radial tires on it when I bought it. It came with original hubcaps in excellent condition. I put original wheels back on it with brand new American Classic tires - which are radials with correct bias look. There is a bias tire in factory tub. Could be original. I also have the fifth American Classic. Knockoffs are in excellent condition and come with car. So you have your pick of which wheel you like. Look at the engine compartment - looks like brand new and it is completely original appearance except battery. Even spark plugs are original correct. You will not find a better deal on an original car anywhere!! All original glass is flawless and as I said - mint stainless including original Trico windshield wipers. Glass rolls up and down perfectly. This is a gorgeous split window. Don't let it sit in garage - drive this car anywhere!!
