Vehicle Detail

2004 Saab 93 Convertible 2.0 Turbo Located in Lubbock, Texas What it Is: This is a 2004 Saab 93 2.0T Convertible with only 99,000 miles on the OD. What’s the Story? : This is my wife’s Saab that she has been driving for the last few years. It runs great, and she has been happy with it but our occasional travels to Colorado will require an AWD vehicle. Condition: The condition is excellent and as shown in the pictures. There are no “check engine” lights or anything like that. In fact, the car runs a self-diagnostic test every time you start it and it comes up, “Check OK”. It will need tires within 10k miles in my opinion, and the 100K scheduled tune-up – but it runs great. We just had the brakes checked and oil changed. Cosmetically, the car is in very good shape. The seats are not torn or ripped (nor even worn all that much). The soft-top and headliner are in great shape, as shown. The carpets and dash are in great shape too. The original paint has two or three minor scratches and the body has no dents. The car is perfectly presentable……..just not new or perfect. See pictures. Mechanically, the car has no know issues and runs just great. There are no warning lights or funny noises or funny sounds. Power is excellent since the car is has a fantastic turbocharged engine. This car has gotten 31 mpg in city and hwy driving too. Again, no mechanical issues that I am aware of – and I just drove it about 500 miles to Garden City , KS. Runs super fast, and smooth. No issues. On-line Wonderful Article on the Saab: http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/saab-9-3-convertible-first-drive-review What You Get: You get the car, the owner’s manual, 2 sets of keys, floor mats, and Bill of Sale and clear title. The car is located in Lubbock, Texas (79416). If you’d like to inspect the car, before bidding, no problem. Just email me thru eBay. If you ship it, I will help facilitate…….but it’s your responsibility to arrange and fund. Please note that my wife wants to keep that lousy Green Bay Packer license plate frame on the rear. That does not go with the car. On second thought…I could just forget to take it off :) . Those Texas State University , and Texas Tech emblems come right off. Terms: Full payment will need to clear the bank, before the car will be released. Payment needs to be made by Cashier’s Check, following PayPal deposit. The car is garaged and can remain there until you make travel or shipping arrangements. I have the car listed for sale locally, so I reserved the right to sell it that way too. Questions? : Please direct all questions through eBay. If you’d like discuss the car, that’s fine…just leave me your phone number and I will call you to discuss. On Oct-03-16 at 03:56:22 PDT, seller added the following information: Good Morning - Let me answer a couple of questions as of 10/3: 1. The convertible top is electrically operated. Simply, put the car in park, and press a button. Poof ! The top is down. The top goes up the same way. 2. I closely looked over the car for any flaws / scratches. There is a single scratch, about an inch long, just to right of the driver side key hole. It's not into the paint - just the clear coat. There are 2-3 very small rock chip marks on the hood, just above the Saab emblem. Too small to show up in a photo. 3. None of the wheels have "curb rash". The single photo the wheel is the worst one with a dime sized flaw (finish came off). 4. The AC works great. It'll freeze you out......On Oct-10-16 at 05:43:19 PDT, seller added the following information: Let me update a couple of questions I have gotten. 1. The car does not have a timing belt that needs to be replaced. It has a timing chain that's good for the life of the engine. 2. We bought the car when it had about 55k miles on it. It been to the shop a few times since then with the most significant repair being a replaced water pump, and replaced coolant over-flow reservoir. 3. Those white areas on the paint in some of the photos are simple sunshine on an otherwise beautiful finish. I took these photos under a large mulberry tree.
