My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give out my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2003 Mini Cooper with just 48k miles. I would rate the exterior of this Mini to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking hatchback. It is finished in gold with black stripes that match the black fender flares and glass roof. As with any older vehilce, please expect a few age related flaws and imperfections in the finish. Walking around the exterior of this Mini, there is really nothing noteworthy to mention. The gold finish shines nicely and looks as smooth as glass. The body panels all line up nice and straight. The hood, doors and hatch all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Mini Cooper looks. I would rate the interior of this Mini Cooper to also be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. A full set of factory all weather floor mats are included. The dash and headliner are clean. The leather seats are soft, supple and show well for their age. The passenger's seat doesn't seem to want to lay back further than it currently is...maybe I'm doing something wrong. The power windows, locks and sunroof all appear to be working properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. Cargo area is respectable for such a small car. The rear seat can be folded down to allow for a remarkable amount of cargo room. A full set of books and manuals are included. Mechanically, this Mini Cooper appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 1.6L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older car. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and runs strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and works properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints...cruising easily. If you're looking for a clean little Mini that hasn't been all used up, this low mileage example deserves your serious consideration. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give out my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2003 Mini Cooper with just 48k miles. I would rate the exterior of this Mini to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking hatchback. It is finished in gold with black stripes that match the black fender flares and glass roof. As with any older vehilce, please expect a few age related flaws and imperfections in the finish. Walking around the exterior of this Mini, there is really nothing noteworthy to mention. The gold finish shines nicely and looks as smooth as glass. The body panels all line up nice and straight. The hood, doors and hatch all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Mini Cooper looks.
I would rate the interior of this Mini Cooper to also be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. A full set of factory all weather floor mats are included. The dash and headliner are clean. The leather seats are soft, supple and show well for their age. The passenger's seat doesn't seem to want to lay back further than it currently is...maybe I'm doing something wrong. The power windows, locks and sunroof all appear to be working properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. Cargo area is respectable for such a small car. The rear seat can be folded down to allow for a remarkable amount of cargo room. A full set of books and manuals are included.
Mechanically, this Mini Cooper appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 1.6L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older car. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and runs strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and works properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints...cruising easily. If you're looking for a clean little Mini that hasn't been all used up, this low mileage example deserves your serious consideration. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers, PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $49 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.

There is additional risk in purchasing a vehicle this way versus buying a vehicle from a retail dealership that has been fully serviced, reconditioned and inspected.
