Toyota: Land Cruiser FJ40 VEHICLE DESCRIPTION 1970 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser 3 -speed in a good driver condition with a little work with a clear Indiana title in my name. I believe I am the second titled owner according to the family I bought it from but I have not verified. The story goes that an uncle drove it for years and then put it in his barn around 1985 or 86. Years after his death a family member pulled it out and got it running again early 2016.   This FJ40 overall is clean but does have easily reparable rust in the door sills and rear tailgate sill and I would say that would be it! The floor pans look great with surface rust only. Inside the door sills, front driver/passenger/rear floor pans, rear quarter panels, front inner fenders areas are in very good condition. Roof: The headliner had shag carpet and needs a little elbow grease to get it all down. There are a pair of sun roofs over the driver and passenger seats. Someone fiber glassed the roof rack mounts into the roof (I do have the roof rack). Note: Please remember this is a 1970 vehicle, it’s not perfect. It would be a great daily driver or a perfect candidate for a restoration and way too nice to be a trail rig. Look at the photos, I have pointed out any problem areas the best that I can.
