Great barn find. Ready to restore 51 F1 truck. Has not been on the road since 1968. Engine ran when it was parked due to radiator leak. The engine is a 1950's Pontiac silver streak V8 with auto trans. The truck was a factory v8 239 cid with a manual transmission and was built in Dallas TX. The manual pedals are still in the truck. Still has solid front axle. Body is solid very little cancer. 1 spot at drivers front fender and at the drivers cab corner and are both about 1 inch . Will need floor boards too. They are rusted at the front part of floor where the floor boards start to curve up to firewall but about a foot from cab. Easy fix. Bed is solid on sides and fenders are good with a few dings and small dents. Hood is rough and hinges are a little bent. Doors are good . The truck is a great builder.Firewall and inner fenders are good. Will make a nice truck . Frame is straight and in good condition . Needs all glass replaced and seat is basically the frame work but it's there. No title will be Bill of sale only. The last one is what looks like a manual gear shift , however it is automatic and the handle on top twist left to right to shift the transmission. Pretty cool for some home made device.
