Vehicle Detail
- 2000 Ford Excursion w/7.3 International motor with alot of new parts and upgrades.- I am meticulous with my oil changes. I know everyone says it but I can print out the receipts to back it up. I only put in Rotella. The place I go to says I can wait every 5000, but I do it between 2 & 3k every time anyway. - I change my fuel filter once a year - 2 yellow top gel batteries - all new tires - all new brakes, rotors and calipers-I put on cross drill rotors when I had the brakes done earlier in the year, but I've had a small vibration ever since and my tech says is b/c of those rotors so b4 the truck goes, I'm going to do fresh rotors and pads from Ford. - new alternator, Motor Craft. I also have a polished aluminum high output alternator brand-new in-the-box which will come with the truck. - Front end parts were done late last year. - Both front hub axle assemblies we're done. One side early this year, the other side was done summer of last year. All from Ford, you told me $875 each side. I know this more, but that's all I could think of at the moment as far as repairs. Upgrades and mods are as followed: - EVERY single light in the truck is Led! Seriously, if you find one yellow bulb, the truck is free! The headlights high and low beams are LED. That's actually brand new because the HIDs would take too long to heat up and I didn't like the high beams were still halogen in a two and one setup. Bottom line, fixed! - the headlights sit in a Harley Davidson assembly - 52 inch light bar across the windshield - I think it's a 28-inch light bar in the grill - I bought the truck from a guy in Canada who had an evolution tuner on it, set up with different Tunes. I leave it set on fuel economy. It's a 16 year old truck that weighs over 9000 pounds and I get 27 mpg. So I leave it there. - I have a gun safe built in the center console. - CB radio- PA Speaker- ever have some guy cut you off on the road and you just wish you could yell at them, now you can!- Train Horn- Powder coated handles and gas cap with lock and keyRadio system is very neat professionally installed. DDN991HD Kenwood Excelon - its filled loaded with HD radio navigation, Facebook google, youtube, all the bells and whistlesmy deck cost me 1400, Kenwood full complete surround sound high end system. Professionally installed neatly. - The rest of the system was over 3k and I could send pictures of it to back it up. ASK QUESTIONS :)
