My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2001 Audi S4. The B5S4 needs no introduction. It's reputation as a well made, potent performance sedan is no secret. I would rate the exterior of this S4 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this S4, there are a few scuffs and rub marks on the bumpers and around the car. Most will be hard to see in the pictures as the silver color hides them well...but, believe me, there are a few scrapes and such here and there. The silver finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the molding and trim is present and looks good. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloys have a few marks but show well for their age and are wrapped in a matching set of Pirelli's with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this S4 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The interior shows very well for an older Audi. The door cards are clean and tight. The optional factory wood veneers show well for their age and indicate that this S4 probably spent most of her life in a garage. The carpets have a few marks on them from age, but nothing terrible. The dash and headliner are clean. The deeply bolstered sport seats are specific to the S4 and show minimal wear. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is the original Audi/BOSE Premium Sound with in-dash CD which appears to be working properly and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. This S4 comes with a full set of books and manuals. Mechanically, this S4 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.7L Bi-Turbo V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I noticed it leaks a little oil...most likely from the valve covers or cam seals as this is pretty much normal at this age. The engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The airbag light stays on. Occasionally, the ABS and Traction lights come on. This is most likely a dirty wheel speed sensor...also common as these cars age. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The Tiptronic automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with no issues. You can leave it in automatic mode and just forget about it or switch it to manual and control shifts either with the gear selector or with steering wheel controls. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with zero complaints. The Quattro AWD system is tested and working properly. Quattro AWD gives you the confidence to tackle any driving situation. For spirited driving on a dry road, Quattro allows you to take corners on the throttle and come out quicker thanks to it's massive grip. In winter, Quattro gives you the confidence to tackle roads that make some SUV's doube themselves. She has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of November, 2016. If you've been looking for a low mile, BONE STOCK B5S4...you know how hard they are to find anymore. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2001 Audi S4. The B5S4 needs no introduction. It's reputation as a well made, potent performance sedan is no secret. I would rate the exterior of this S4 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this S4, there are a few scuffs and rub marks on the bumpers and around the car. Most will be hard to see in the pictures as the silver color hides them well...but, believe me, there are a few scrapes and such here and there. The silver finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the molding and trim is present and looks good. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloys have a few marks but show well for their age and are wrapped in a matching set of Pirelli's with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each photos carefully.
I would rate the interior of this S4 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The interior shows very well for an older Audi. The door cards are clean and tight. The optional factory wood veneers show well for their age and indicate that this S4 probably spent most of her life in a garage. The carpets have a few marks on them from age, but nothing terrible. The dash and headliner are clean. The deeply bolstered sport seats are specific to the S4 and show minimal wear. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is the original Audi/BOSE Premium Sound with in-dash CD which appears to be working properly and sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works properly and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. This S4 comes with a full set of books and manuals.
Mechanically, this S4 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.7L Bi-Turbo V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I noticed it leaks a little oil...most likely from the valve covers or cam seals as this is pretty much normal at this age. The engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The airbag light stays on. Occasionally, the ABS and Traction lights come on. This is most likely a dirty wheel speed sensor...also common as these cars age. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The Tiptronic automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with no issues. You can leave it in automatic mode and just forget about it or switch it to manual and control shifts either with the gear selector or with steering wheel controls. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with zero complaints. The Quattro AWD system is tested and working properly. Quattro AWD gives you the confidence to tackle any driving situation. For spirited driving on a dry road, Quattro allows you to take corners on the throttle and come out quicker thanks to it's massive grip. In winter, Quattro gives you the confidence to tackle roads that make some SUV's doube themselves. She has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through the end of November, 2016. Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers, PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $49 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
