My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1999 Audi A8 Quattro with just 110k miles. The A8 is the flagship sedan of the Audi brand and is an absolute pleasure to drive. In my opinion, they are also absolutely beautiful. Their exterior is simple and understated but somehow commands respect. I would rate the exterior of this A8 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. In fact, the only bad thing I can really point out on the exterior is a small dent above the right tail light. The silver finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expcect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and truck all open and close easily...and with a nice, heavy "thunk" that illustrates the amount of quality and craftsmanship that went into the construction of their flagship sedan. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well for their age and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Audi A8. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this car looks. I would rate the interior of this A8 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you open the doors, you are greeted by a spacious and clean interior. The leather inserts on the door cards are a little loose, which is common. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The black leather seats are comfortable and show minimal wear. Both front seats are power operated and all four seats are heated. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all work properly. The power sunroof does not work. The interior wood veneers show well throughout the interior and indicate that this A8 most likely spent her life in a garage. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this Audi. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers independent temperature settings for the driver and passenger. I believe the a/c will need charged or serviced as it does not appear to be blowing as cold as I'd like. The heater works fine. The original audio system has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player, which appears to be working properly. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of factory floor mats is included. Again, please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Audi appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.2L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. As with most older Audi's, the valve covers probably seep a little...this is common. The suspenison feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and makes plenty of smooth power. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission works well for an older Tiptronic. In case you aren't familiar with these cars, the Tiptronic transmission isn't exactly the star of the show. However, it gets the job done. It's sometimes a little abrupt but never slips or misbehaves. Like I said, this is just how they are...it's more of a feature at this age. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints and is very comfortable. In addition to full sized luxury, this A8 boasts Audi's legendary Quattro AWD for complete confidence in any driving situation. Quattro AWD is a simple, viscous all wheel drive system that is remarkably reliable and capable. These D2 A8's are nearly impossible to find anymore. If you've been looking for one, this low mileage example deserves your serious consideration. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1999 Audi A8 Quattro with just 110k miles. The A8 is the flagship sedan of the Audi brand and is an absolute pleasure to drive. In my opinion, they are also absolutely beautiful. Their exterior is simple and understated but somehow commands respect. I would rate the exterior of this A8 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. In fact, the only bad thing I can really point out on the exterior is a small dent above the right tail light. The silver finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expcect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and truck all open and close easily...and with a nice, heavy "thunk" that illustrates the amount of quality and craftsmanship that went into the construction of their flagship sedan. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well for their age and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with average tread all around. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Audi A8. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this car looks.
I would rate the interior of this A8 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you open the doors, you are greeted by a spacious and clean interior. The leather inserts on the door cards are a little loose, which is common. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The black leather seats are comfortable and show minimal wear. Both front seats are power operated and all four seats are heated. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all work properly. The power sunroof does not work. The interior wood veneers show well throughout the interior and indicate that this A8 most likely spent her life in a garage. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this Audi. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers independent temperature settings for the driver and passenger. I believe the a/c will need charged or serviced as it does not appear to be blowing as cold as I'd like. The heater works fine. The original audio system has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player, which appears to be working properly. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of factory floor mats is included. Again, please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully.
Mechanically, this Audi appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.2L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. As with most older Audi's, the valve covers probably seep a little...this is common. The suspenison feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and makes plenty of smooth power. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission works well for an older Tiptronic. In case you aren't familiar with these cars, the Tiptronic transmission isn't exactly the star of the show. However, it gets the job done. It's sometimes a little abrupt but never slips or misbehaves. Like I said, this is just how they are...it's more of a feature at this age. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints and is very comfortable. In addition to full sized luxury, this A8 boasts Audi's legendary Quattro AWD for complete confidence in any driving situation. Quattro AWD is a simple, viscous all wheel drive system that is remarkably reliable and capable. These D2 A8's are nearly impossible to find anymore. If you've been looking for one, this low mileage example deserves your serious consideration. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:
Winning bidders are required to contact us via eBay Message within 48 hours of auction close and make arrangements for payment and vehicle pick-up. Please do not leave a voicemail on the office phone.
Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers, PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $49 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
