The car for auction is a 2002 black 5 speed manual transmission Honda Civic Ex. The car is used obviously but has recently been serviced and is in great running condition. The car has 157,573 miles and was last inspected in April, 2016. Insurance and registration are up to date so the car is available for anyone with a valid license to test drive. When the car was inspected in April, we spent $1,242.40 on service repairs as we had planned on using the car for a long time. However, the 2 doors did not work very well with the car seat for our new baby so we had to get a 4 door option. The parts replaced in April were the front quick struts, front lower control arms, front ball joints, sway bar links, front rotors, front brake pads, both wiper blades, a headlamp lens, and an front end alignment was done. I have the paperwork detailing the work (photo upon request.) Also, since inspection the starter motor was replaced with a new motor and the airbag was worked on as part of a recall. Again, I have paperwork. The tires are BF Goodrich, less then 2 years old and the car has not been driven very much since purchase so they are great. The gas mileage is awesome and the car still has great pick-up. This car has never been in an accident. The clutch is original and has been recently checked. A spoiler was also added to the rear end. There is a donut size spare tire in the trunk. The gas tank is about 3/4 full. The sunroof/moonroof works great. Now the bad news... The air condition does not work. We had it fixed twice about 10 and 8 years ago but that did not last and we have not tried in years. There are some minor dents over the body of the car. There are also a few spots of rusting and chipped paint. I will try to get as many pictures included as possible to show these issues. The front floor mat is missing and there is a hole worn in the base carpeting. Please ask any questions and feel welcome to schedule a test drive. The car is located in Allentown, PA about 1 hour north of Philadelphia and one hour west of New York City. The buyer is responsible for all title/tag transfer fees and driving the car from Allentown.
