I am the second owner of this vehicle; I inherited it and transferred title at 12,660 miles in January 2007. I'm fond of the vehicle, and heartily recommend it. I fancy a newer car, or else I'd keep it. The car runs and handles well; it's a fun and practical car. I will answer any questions I can about it. Extra wiper blades in the trunk convey. Also has hatchback cargo privacy cover that conveys, not pictured. Also a little jar of original OEM touch up paint conveys. The original window sticker is pictured. It has the official list of options and standard features. I've also listed the options in the description box. It's a pretty high trim level with nice options including upgraded wheels, headlights, and engine. I have all the service records, which convey with the vehicle. They include timely, routine maintenance. Following are major highlights. Service history: Last service was EVAC and recharge 7/14/2016, 83,860 miles. This determined that the car needs air conditioning compressor and wiring replacement. I decided to sell the car instead of fix the AC. Right headlight and ballast replaced 1/13/16, 80,697 miles Tires replaced 6/29/15, 77,057 miles, with Continental PureContact with Eco Plus, 205/50/R17. They have anywhere from 7/32 to 10/32 inches of tread depth. Excellent tires for this car. They haven't required repair. Rear wiper assembly and blade replaced 1/2/15 Transmission fluid exchange service 12/24/14, 74,503 miles Battery replaced 12/24/14, 74,492 miles Left headlight and ballast replaced 5/8/14, 70,688 Rear brakes replaced, resurface rotors 5/1/14, 70,506 miles Replaced engine 11/2/12, 61,114 miles. The oil had drained out due to failed pan, I didn't realize it until crankshaft scored, only repair was to replace the engine. Mazda dealer installed remanufactured engine. The engine runs great, proven over 22,764 miles, 61,114 miles less wear than the rest of the vehicle. Accident 11/16/2011. Rear-ended another vehicle lightly. Damage minor, but generated big body work job replacing lots of individual parts, covered by insurance. Bill was high because used parts weren't available; had to use new OEM parts (a good thing in this case). Repaired 1/3/12, 55,725 miles. Terms and conditions: I want to ensure a valid transaction. Or we can have your bank issue it in person at a local branch. If I can't confirm the legitimacy of the cashiers check in advance, I can't receive it for payment. Or you can pay cash. Title transferOnce I've confirmed and received payment, we can transfer the title. To do this, I require seeing your driver's license to confirm your identity and address, and I will retain a copy of it. Please ensure the drivers license address matches your address, or provide proof of address.This vehicle is titled and registered in Maryland. Maryland does not require a notarized bill of sale (form VR-181) for a vehicle more than seven years old; this vehicle meets that criteria. Maryland does require that the seller and buyer fill out the "Assignment of Ownership" form on the back of the title, recording our names, addresses, odometer mileage, purchase price, and date of sale. We can also secure a notarized bill of sale if you prefer, at your expense. Transaction I will remove the license plates before conveying the vehicle.
