I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is an exceptional 2003 Mercedes-Benz E500 with just 115k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this E500 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a gorgeous Merc. The black finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific E500, there is no damage worth mentioning. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the body moldings show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The headlight lenses are crystal clear with no hazing or fade. The factory alloy wheels look great and are wrapped in a matching set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally nice this E500 looks. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Mercedes. I would also rate the interior of this E500 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The light tan interior contrasts nicely against the black interior. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets are full looking and show well throughout the interior. The leather seats show virtually no wear and are very comfortable. Both front seats are power operated, heated and cooled. The power windows, mirrors, seats, sunroof and central locks work properly. As I mentioned earlier, this is a well optioned car. In addition to the cooled front seats, this E500 has the desirable Panoramic Roof. The wood veneers show very well. The dash and headliner are clean. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works as it should and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system is original and sounds good. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of factory Mercedes floor mats are included as well as two master keys. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this Mercedes. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally clean this E500 looks. Mechanically, this E500 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 300+ hp 5.0L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The AirMatic suspension appears to be working properly and feels tight. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The 5.0L V8 makes plenty of power. This car is an absolute pleasure to drive. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This gorgeous E500 is a fresh trade on a newer Mercedes and it shows. With just 115k miles on the odometer and a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through April of 2017, this E500 just needs a new home and a new owner to care for her. I will surely be sad to see this one go. It's also worth noting that how you see this E500 in the photos is exactly how clean it was when I got it. I didn't even wash it before taking these photos. Like I said, someone took care of this car. If you are in the market for an exceptional E-Class, this E500 deserves your serious consideration. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is an exceptional 2003 Mercedes-Benz E500 with just 115k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this E500 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a gorgeous Merc. The black finish has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific E500, there is no damage worth mentioning. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and trunk all open and close easily. All of the body moldings show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The headlight lenses are crystal clear with no hazing or fade. The factory alloy wheels look great and are wrapped in a matching set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally nice this E500 looks. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Mercedes.
I would also rate the interior of this E500 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The light tan interior contrasts nicely against the black interior. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets are full looking and show well throughout the interior. The leather seats show virtually no wear and are very comfortable. Both front seats are power operated, heated and cooled. The power windows, mirrors, seats, sunroof and central locks work properly. As I mentioned earlier, this is a well optioned car. In addition to the cooled front seats, this E500 has the desirable Panoramic Roof. The wood veneers show very well. The dash and headliner are clean. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works as it should and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The audio system is original and sounds good. The trunk is spacious and clean. A full set of factory Mercedes floor mats are included as well as two master keys. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout this Mercedes. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how exceptionally clean this E500 looks.
Mechanically, this E500 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 300+ hp 5.0L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The AirMatic suspension appears to be working properly and feels tight. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. There have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The 5.0L V8 makes plenty of power. This car is an absolute pleasure to drive. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts perfectly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This gorgeous E500 is a fresh trade on a newer Mercedes and it shows. With just 115k miles on the odometer and a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through April of 2017, this E500 just needs a new home and a new owner to care for her. I will surely be sad to see this one go. It's also worth noting that how you see this E500 in the photos is exactly how clean it was when I got it. I didn't even wash it before taking these photos. Winning Bidders:

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are a PennDOT issuing agent and able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyers, PennDOT offers a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $49 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance. We can issue them at our office.
