90' cummins swap 1/2 ton shortbed! Was a 360/ np 435 truck! I use it as my daily driver and is very dependable but does need a few things still to be fixed! Needs a heater box because it has a hole in it, needs work on brake lights and blinkers! Interior is pretty good, has new upholstered seat and dash is not cracked! Has power windows and locks but locks stopped working. There is still a hole in floorboard where shifter was but i have placed sheet metal over it under the carpet! The cummins has 140k on it and trans is rebuilt with 27k on it! I have put a 3.54 geared dana 70 in it and i have everything needed to convert front to 8 lug if wanted. Outside of truck has a good patina look going on so i left that alone, but does have some small dents and scratches that i have left also! Has limo tint on windows and sliding rear glass! Has swapped core support also for the intercooler and trans cooler that are all factory dodge stuff. I drive this truck about 60 miles a day to and from work and has never had one problem. I do recommend that the front tires be switched to a heavier duty type tire to support weight of cummins! Currently has 235/60/15 and does fine but they are over their weight limit. Decided to dyno it one day at our local hot rod shop chassis dyno! 243hp and 487 tq! I left it basically stock to retain driveability and dependability! Also has flo pro downpipe and 4" exhaust.
