Simply put it's the best four by four by far.This 1970 Land Rover Series IIA is nicely restored and was recently imported from the UK by myself. Very rare full cab configuration makes it the most interesting of the lot of vehicles on Ebay; desirable right-hand drive model with a rebuilt diesel four-cylinder engine and a four-speed manual gearbox makes it among the easiest to own and drive. Aluminum body is straight with good paint; bulkhead and steel frame are showing none of the corrosion issues that plague Land Rovers that remained in the damp U.K. Hard top is in excellent condition and is of course removable. Brand new mud terrain tires on refinished factory steel wheels. Interior is all business and the seats have been kept original for full functionality. This vehicle is rare because you find very few 109 wheelbase series 2a's for sale outside the UK with such low miles to boot.
