The car runs strong, we would like to keep it but it wont pass emissions and we do not want to spend the money to fix it. The emissions inspection report is attached in one of the pictures. Background information on the car: The engine was replaced around 30k miles ago with a used engine which had 160k on it previously The transmission shifts hard if you accelerate fast when it's shifting between first and second gear. In the winter when it's really cold out you have to let the car warm up or once in a while it wont go into gear, but if that happens you just have to turn it off and back on to let it warm up, then it runs good. This has existed a couple years and doesn't seem to be getting worse. There may be a bad bearing in the front right tire since there are some vibrations at higher speeds, but it doesn't prevent you from going on the highway and it hasn't gotten worse in the last yearspot locations of rust, mostly near the back wheels.air conditioner doesn't get very cold, probably needs a recharge. Auto lock switch on interior of driver door is brokenSRS, Brake, maintenance required, and Engine warning lights are on. there is not much tread on the tires and now that we just stopped driving it we put the replacement tire on the back right wheel because it leaks. the back left tire also has a small leak.if you have additional questions you can call Andrew 860-214-7373
