Vehicle Detail
This van was my friend's mother's van who passed away last year. The van has been well cared for and it is clean and in very good shape. My friend's mother was disabled, so the van is also equipped with many features that will be very useful for someone with disabilities. The features will also be convenient for other interested parties as well. As shown in the pictures, the van is equipped with a lift making it ideal for someone with a wheelchair. The lift could also be utilized by someone with a small business that has to transport a lot of materials or equipment frequently. The van is also equipped with hand controls that allow someone to operate the vehicle without the use of their legs. The hand controls are easy to remove if the buyer does not have a use for them. The van is also equipped with backup sensors and a backup camera that I have shown in the pictures. Finally, the van is equipped with a remote start that would allow the buyer to cool down or warm up the interior before leaving the comfort of his/her home. The vehicle is equipped with front and rear A/C and privacy glass in the rear of the vehicle. Some other features that would be handy for someone with a disability are the cruise control and the after market power driver seat. There are a few things about this vehicle that the buyer should be aware of before making a bid. First of all, the controls for the after market power seat (shown in a picture) are mounted in a location that causes them to be very close to the door pocket when the door is closed. If the seat needs to be scooted forward for someone with shorter legs, the controls will actually hit the door pocket. They did not touch with the seat adjusted for me (6 ft tall) but my friend's mother had the control box removed from the mounting hole so that the door would not hit it when she was driving. The worst damage that the vehicle has is in one of the photos. It is a dent on the passenger side of the front bumper. The dent in the picture is the worst blemish, however there is also a small dent in the driver side of the front bumper and a very small dent on the driver side rear door. Finally, there are paint smudges on both of the side mirrors. All of these blemishes are simply cosmetic. There are no rear bench seats in this vehicle and I do not have any to install in the vehicle. Overall, this is a van that is in great shape with low miles and tons of interior room for hauling materials and equipment or a wheelchair. The empty interior may also be used for a camper conversion. The possibilities are endless!
