1980 Suzuki GS

I am thinning out my collection and I am offering my GS1000E for sale. I have had the bike for 10 years and mostly kept it as a work of art in my Garage. I rode it yearly about 200 miles and it runs well. It has never been down. The motor has never been apart and the frame, body and tank are all rust free. The paint is 100% stock and was never repainted. It shines beautifully. There is a small dent in the tank on the left hand side, I bought it like that and never messed with it. Probably a rake or garden tool fell in to it, may pop out with a suction puller, not sure never tried. It has been garaged since 1980 and it shows! The bike starts well, but sometimes needs a shot of gas into carbs when it has been unstarted for a while. It idles, and runs well through all its 5 gears but it will run better with a good carb cleaning. The Bike has stock Mufflers that shine ( no rust), Stock Carbs, Stock Vacuum petcock. It's seat is perfect with not rips or tears. It still has the original manual and tool box in the tail. Throttle grip has been changed back to the original since I took the pics and I also put the original mirrors back on. Its a great solid bike with only 9600 original miles. It is not perfect but its close. I am happy to work with your shipper, just let me know what your thinking. The bike is for sale locally as well. Feel free to email me with any questions.
