Vehicle Transportation: Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Payment Information: If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction to set up payment arrangements. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. This deposit should be made through PayPal. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five to seven days of making the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash-in-person. Checks must be paid payable to ‘Car Zoom LLC’. Paypal is generally not an acceptable form of full payment, however exceptions can be made, please contact us for details on this. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait, nine (9) business days until the funds clear, for title. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for ten (10) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: The only acceptable reason for cancellation is a misrepresentation of goods sold. Should this case arise, a local independent arbitrator will be summoned to satisfy all parties concerned. Failure to comply with terms will result in a $350 Sur Charge this pays for fees and for interest on the money tied up. Non-paying bidders will be reported to E-bay and the Credit Bureau! This vehicle was a New Car Trade. All we can say is that this Corolla is simply “Like New”. It’s a One Owner unit that was well maintained and traded for a new Toyota. It’s fully serviced and we installed brand new brakes & tires on it. No accident history and clean carfax shown in photos.

Vehicle Transportation: Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Payment Information: If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction to set up payment arrangements. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. This deposit should be made through PayPal. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five to seven days of making the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash-in-person. Checks must be paid payable to ‘Car Zoom LLC’. If you pay cash, you can pickup the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear.
Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.
Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for ten (10) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that.
Liquidated Damages: The only acceptable reason for cancellation is a misrepresentation of goods sold. Should this case arise, a local independent arbitrator will be summoned to satisfy all parties concerned. Failure to comply with terms will result in a $350 Sur Charge this pays for fees and for interest on the money tied up. Non-paying bidders will be reported to E-bay and the Credit Bureau!
Choice of Law & Forum: Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and litigated in Onondaga County. By bidding on this auction buyer consents to service by certified mail.
Miscellaneous: We reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction. We reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion and end the auction early in the event the vehicle is sold prior to the end of the auction, we shall not be held liable for such cancellations.
PLEASE be advised: You are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle. This vehicle has been previously driven and has been subject to normal wear and tear, both cosmetically and mechanically. A used car will show signs of use such as: minor scratches, door dings, and minor wear; this is from being on the road. Nothing is showroom condition unless it is driven directly off of a showroom floor. If you want to save yourself 1000’s of dollars, this is the way to go. We attempt to disclose any necessary and KNOWN flaws in the condition report. We describe all vehicles as accurately as possible. However, there is no possible way to include all minute details and imperfections!

No Hidden Fees! Unlike most dealers, we do not charge paperwork "handling" fees. You pay us exactly the price you bid with no strings attached.
TAXES
We do not collect Sales Tax on your vehicle purchase. Sales tax is paid directly to your own state when you register your vehicle.
Buyers will pay tax to their own DMV in their own city & state.
All buyers should also keep in mind that their local DMV & State will charge them fees when registering the vehicle. These fees vary by state.

Where does CarZoom get its cars?
CarZoom gets its cars from a variety of sources. Our cars are almost always franchise dealership trade-ins and/or lease returns. We have relationships with over 100 dealerships and brokers and buy only the highest quality pre-owned cars. A typical scenario is one in which a dealer obtains a car through a trade-in and that dealer is neither a specialist or is not allowed to sell a particular make of car. They call us, (we are not a local competitor), and we purchase the vehicle from them and make the car available online to a national market.
Can I have the car mechanically inspected?
It is our absolute mission for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. CarZoom allows full pre-buy inspection of all its vehicles from any inspection service you desire. CarZoom recommends 'The Auto Critic' for thorough and honest inspections, if you cannot personally do so.
What can I expect from my purchase?
You can expect great service, a great price and an impeccable car. We aim to describe the car as accurate as possible. We do offer only pre-owned vehicles and by definition our vehicles are not brand new. Most of our offerings are equal to first line vehicles sold in reputable franchised dealerships across the country. In fact, many of these dealers buy our inventory only to turn around and sell it at much higher prices. It is important when buying a used vehicle to understand that it is not brand new - it has been driven a certain number of miles.
I am out-of-town, how will I get the car?
CarZoom uses a fully bonded and insured transportation service that will deliver the vehicle to your door. The transport usually takes about a 10 days and costs varies depending on your location. Our transporter does offer extremely great rates; making it more cost efficient to have it transported if you are a distant customer. We also welcome you to come to us!
