I have owned this Land Rover for a year. I installed front seats out of a 1995 defender so way more comfortable than the originals. New seat covers by Escape Gear in South Africa. Cubby box also included. NEW bulkhead installed by the british military ---- PERFECT, NO RUST Since owning it I have done the following: New fuel tank and sedimenter. New fuel lines from injection pump to injectors. New injectors New glow plugs and glow plug harness. New water pump and drive belt. Resealed the injection Pump Rebuilt clutch master cylinder Rebuilt clutch slave cylinder Hella Vision Plus headlights New lower accelerator cable. New accelerator drive gear. I made a fume curtain and insulated the cab for the winter. Even with the soft top it was toasty warm. The Vin# is SALLDHAC7BA253817 It is not perfect but it is a great base on which to modify any way you like. ( I have a hard top and rear door that will be for sale separately, if you are interested) The Land Rover is Right Hand Drive, fitted with a 2.5na Diesel engine and a five speed gearbox. It starts easily and shifts very well. The steering is very light for not having power steering. Body panels are mostly straight, usual military NATO paintjob. I added the headlight surrounds as I think it makes the front look finished. New front grill as well. Rubber mats up front and in the rear. New canvas top with side windows, it does not leak! New wipers and air cleaner fitted. Oil just changed. Everything electrical works as it should. I replaced the red fog light lenses with clear ones and use as my reverse lights. Wolf rims and Michelen XZL's on all five. (tires in great shape, lots of tread left) The frame and rear crossmember are in excellent shape and have never been patched. There is surface rust on the frame, and I intentionally have not coated it to show the condition. It can easily be wire brushed before coating it. Let me know if you want any other photos taken.
