Whether for show, go or both, here is the car that has it all. Down to the finest details including correct reproduction oil filter! Starts right up and drives great! Bought the car in 2003 for the wife. When I had my 1969 Z28 Camaro, “National Show Car” that I had restored. This 1966 was correct and solid when we bought it and I done the restoration myself. The car was painted to the original manufacture specification to, “Spring Time Yellow”. I restored it with the intent of taking it to the Ford Nationals. We took this car to the Ford Nationals in Nashville around 2005. Unfortunately, they were overwhelmed by the number of cars that turned out and this car was never judged. The only thing I did not get around to was cleaning and repainting the underneath of the car. This car was invited to Dayton’s Concours d’Elegance in 2012 and took 2nd place( “Award of Excellence”) in its division. Out of about 40 local car shows over the course of 12 years, I can only think of about 3 times that the car took nothing! Lots in “Best of Show”! We put up as many pictures as possible.
